The course was exceptional, with a trainer who knew what he was talking about, from experience, not just by the text books.

I was very happy with the NVQ process; I am always very busy on site and I was allowed a sensible period of time to compile the documentation required. Due to the advice from Graham my Assessor, I was able to produce evidence for all the categories required and successfully completed the NVQ.

Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made the NVQ run very smoothly and was on hand to answer any queries I had during the process . I was very impressed with Ainscough Training Services.

The Assessor was very patient and thorough. He conducted himself in an extremely helpful and professional manner. The help and support I got from the admin team helped make the whole process go smoothly.

The course was very good and Garys knowledge of the subject was excellent. I dont think there was a question asked that he didn’t know the answer to.

The Trainer was outstanding; he had extensive knowledge and humour throughout which definitely helped the learning, the food and facilities were superb.
