Morgan completed his Level 3 Diploma in Public Services at Runshaw College with Distinction**.

Following college, Morgan started employment at RJ Urmson where carried out specific duties involving balancing and verification of both ventilation and heating systems.

This was on a national basis.

Other skills involved fire stopping, checking and testing.

Morgan has now joined Ainscough Training Services to offer his passion and hard working ethics to the business
